At Dubai Safari Expert, we prioritize ensuring that our customers have a satisfactory tour experience. Should the need arise to cancel your booking, please review our Refund Policy below:

You may request a full refund for your booking if canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour date and time. However, please note that tickets purchased from third-party vendors are not subject to our refund policy.

If you choose to cancel your booking between 12-24 hours before the tour, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

Please be aware that by registering for a tour, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions. Should you need to cancel your booking, kindly do so directly with Dubai Safari Expert.

Your booking will be officially canceled only upon receiving confirmation from us via email at albadayer12@gmail.com.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit/debit card.
